Jakarta Library and Archives Agency has aside Rp 5 billion to add 15 new mobile libraries in the near future.
"Until now we already have 42 mobile libraries," disclosed Jakarta Library and Archives Agency Head, Wahyu Haryadi, Monday (3/5).
It is predicted to be realized in the third quarter.
"We want to visit the residential areas to be more intensive," he exclaimed.
The mobile library itself is completed with various types of reading books such as, storybooks or fairy tales, skills, general knowledge, history, religion, and textbooks.
"By so we intend to foster public interest in reading, especially at the early age," he stressed.
