Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan took his time to visit a temporary shelter occupied by Block A Market traders at Jalan Panglima Polim, Melawai, South Jakarta which was on fire at 4.35 AM.
He accompanied by Perumda Pasar Jaya President Director, Arief Nasrudin and South Jakarta Mayor, Marullah Matali went straight to the traders to have a dialogue.
Seeing this, Jakarta Provincial Government would donate a budget of Rp 10 million for 60 traders affected by the fire.
"We'll also prepare a new temporary selling location soon. Our alternative is they (traders) will be relocated to Pondok Indah Market," he expressed, Wednesday (3/6).
Perumda Pasar Jaya President Director, Arief Nasrudin expressed that the burning location was a temporary shelter because of the revitalization of Block A Market
"Temporary allegation, the fire is because of electricity short-circuit," he stated.
