Bangkok: Central Pattana Public Company Limited aims to continuously develop residential projects as part of its ambitious expansion plan for 2025. It is expected that this year there will be a total of 51 residential projects spanning 21 provinces across the country. The company plans to launch 9 new projects, both horizontal and vertical, with a combined value reaching 16 billion baht and a sales target exceeding 7 billion baht.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Wallaya Chirathivat, President and Chief Executive Officer of Central Pattana Public Company Limited, stated that Central Pattana Residence is committed to developing quality residential projects. The company aims to have 51 residential projects across 21 provinces by the end of 2025. The expansion strategy includes three main locations: Bangkok, tourist destinations like Phuket, Rayong, and Surat Thani, and major cities such as Chonburi, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Sawan, and Hat Yai. The development plan focuses on creating Residence projects alongside shopping malls to cater to residents of various age groups, from first-time jobholders to multi-generational families.

Mr. Kri Dejchai, President of the Residence Business at Central Pattana Public Company Limited, highlighted the success of the company’s residential business in both high-rise and low-rise projects. For the 2025 plan, the sales target is set at over 7 billion baht, with the introduction of 9 new projects, including low-rise and high-rise developments. These projects, valued at a combined total of 16 billion baht, include BAAN NIRADA Chaeng Watthana-Chaiyaphruek, BAAN NINYA Ramintra 83, BAAN NINYA Krungthep Kreetha, PHYLL Phuket 2 Condo, and ESCENT Condo in Chonburi Province.
