This morning, the court was asked to issue 3 arrest warrants and 2 search warrants for 4 locations on 4 charges: jointly defrauding the public, jointly importing distorted computer data into the computer system, whether in whole or in part, or false computer data, jointly advertising using messages that are unfair to consumers, and jointly intentionally causing misunderstanding about products. He confirmed that there is currently sufficient evidence and a police team has been monit
oring and checking the suspects since before the arrest warrant was issued.
In the initial interrogation, both of them appeared to give normal statements and did not cry at all. Both of them denied all charges. The police objected to granting bail to both suspects because it was a case with significant damages and many victims, even though only two people have been reported as a case at this time. The suspects will be sent for detention tomorrow (October 1st).
As for the search of the house and the company, it is under investigation.
