Deputy General Director of Radio The Voice of Vietnam (VOV) Pham Manh Hung and President of the Cuban Institute of Information and Social Communication (ICS) Alfonso Noya Martínez signed a new bilateral cooperation agreement, as part of the Vietnamese official’s working trip to Cuba from September 4-7.
In a related move, Vietnamese and Cuban journalists shared professional experiences in the digital age at an international seminar co-hosted by the Cuban Journalists’ Association (UPEC) and the Vietnam Journalists’ Association (VJA) in Havana.
