14th National Party Congress Organizing Sub-Committee Holds Second Meeting in Hanoi


HANOI: The organizing sub-committee of the 14th National Party Congress, an event set for early 2026, held its second meeting on October 18 in Hanoi. Chaired by Luong Cuong, a Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, the meeting focused on reviewing the implementation of the organizing plan for the congress and deliberating on proposals related to the work and communications strategies.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the organizing sub-committee is one of five sub-committees established to facilitate the congress. The other sub-committees are responsible for handling documents, socio-economic affairs, personnel affairs, and Party Regulations. The meeting emphasized the importance of efficient planning and coordination among these sub-committees to ensure the successful execution of the congress.
