Pathum Thani: ‘Anutin’ has initiated a groundbreaking approach by implanting DNA chips in the 85th, 86th, and 87th classes of district officer students, aiming to listen to the voices of the people and build a visionary team to enhance living conditions.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, delivered a special lecture titled ‘Important Missions of the Ministry of Interior’ to the district chief trainees. The event was attended by several high-ranking officials, including Mr. Arsit Sampantharat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, and various Director-Generals and governors, who welcomed the participants.
Mr. Anutin highlighted the pivotal role of district chiefs as community figures who must demonstrate a blend of action and intellect. He emphasized their need to operate with honesty and integrity while focusing on the country’s, people’s, and agencies’ benefits.
He urged the district officers to adopt a strict approach against illegal activities such as drugs, prostitution, and other law violations. Anutin stressed the importance of fairness in working with communities and creating opportunities for economic development.
Anutin outlined three core practices for district chiefs: ‘Listen’ to various community voices, ‘Create’ a unified team with a shared vision, and ‘Change’ the area for betterment by tapping into individuals’ potentials. He encouraged them to pursue development and prosperity with dedication and integrity.
Mr. Arsit Sampantharat reinforced the need for Interior Ministry civil servants to work diligently and efficiently, addressing citizens’ needs while being prepared to tackle immediate challenges. He emphasized the importance of prioritizing tasks and continuously developing personal and professional skills to achieve optimal results.
