Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul, leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, was seen enjoying a meal of braised goose at a renowned restaurant in the Krungthep Kreetha area, showing no visible concern over the current heated debate regarding the prime ministerial seat.
According to Thai News Agency, the political scene is tense as the vote for Thailand's 32nd Prime Minister continues. The Pheu Thai Party has proposed that the People's Party support their candidate, Mr. Chaikasem Nitisiri, instead of Anutin Charnvirakul for the prime ministerial position. In a strategic move, Mr. Phumtham Wechayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, who is acting as Prime Minister, canceled a Police Commission meeting to personally negotiate with the People's Party.
Amid these political maneuvers, the Bhumjaithai Party headquarters remains calm. Anutin Charnvirakul was photographed dining casually at a local favorite, seemingly unfazed by the political developments. The images depict him in a relaxed state, contrasting sharply with the intense political negotiations taking place.
