“Anutin” praises police and local government officials for seizing a large batch of 7 million methamphetamine pills, warns drug gangs that if they escape today, they will escape forever.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul, together with Director-General of the Department of Provincial Administration Arsit Sampantharat and Police Lieutenant General Sarayuth Sangwanphokhai, Commander of Provincial Police Region 4, police officers and administrative officials traveled to give a press conference and offer encouragement to the team that successfully seized 7 million methamphetamine pills in Bueng Kan Province, resulting in 1 suspect and a value of 210 million baht in seized drugs.
Mr. Anutin said that what is in front of us is the success of the integrated cooperation between the police and the administration. We were able to seize 7 million methamphetamine pills. Although the dealers escaped at first, they were eventually caught by the authorities and were able to arrest them in
Udon Thani Province.

The seizure of this batch of methamphetamine pills occurred on September 1st. The Bung Khla District Chief, Director of the Bung Khla District Narcotics Prevention and Suppression Center, together with the administration, local officials, and police jointly seized 16 sacks of methamphetamine pills on a green and black Isuzu pickup truck with a four-door license plate number 1 Khor 7300 Bangkok after the pickup truck encountered police and village headmen while they were searching for a villager’s lost motorcycle. Out of fear, the pickup truck driver decided to abandon the vehicle. An inspection found 16 sacks of methamphetamine pills, or approximately 7,000,000 pills. The suspect who escaped was later arrested. He was identified as Mr. Thiradech, 32 years old. The arrest will be made to expand the investigation and prosecut
