The 17th art program titled ‘The Red Flower Colour’, which is an annual event hosted by the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper, was held in Hanoi on August 6 evening. The event pays tribute and expresses gratitude to heroic martyrs, war invalids, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and people who have contributed to the revolution.
