Australian Senate President Sue Lines attended the second Vietnam – Australia Forum in Hanoi on August 24. The event, co-organised by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Australian Embassy in Vietnam, was held under the theme of “Enhancing economic engagement, a shared vision of prosperity”. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, and Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh also attended the forum.
