Pol. Gen. Surachet Hakpal, deputy national police chief, revealed after submitting documents and giving an oral explanation to the Police Ethics Protection Committee (PEPC) regarding the appeal of the wrongful dismissal order, which took more than 2 hours, that today he had already explained all the details to the committee completely and completely. istrative Court to request that the court issue an order to protect his status as a police officer and consider revoking the order to dismiss him from civil service first. He will file a lawsuit on every issue that the law allows, but he cannot file a lawsuit with the Administrative Court until the decision is made. He emphasized that if the result is positive, he will be able to return to work at the Royal Thai Police and will not file a lawsuit against anyone as he previously stated.
However, the time frame for the committee’s decision is still unknown, but the committee will send the decision results to the hometown and will be received by themselves. As for whether the consideration results will be completed before the nomination for the selection of the new national police chief in September, it is unknown. It depends on the Police Commission.
