Two famous racers, “Chip” Nakarin Atiratphuwaphat and “Tee” Anupap Samul, together with “Arm” Supachai Jaided, a talented forward, along with 6 other Thunder Castle players, were delighted to join the “Breath of the Land” event, doing good deeds with the heart and being a part in giving back to the country. The event has now closed with great success. Over the 3 days, hundreds of thousands of Buriram residents joined in showing their power and loyalty to the monarchy through activities to honor the King that were grander and more spectacular than ever before.
The ‘Breath of the Land’ event on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King’s 72nd Birthday Anniversary, 28-30 July 2024 at Chang Arena Football Field, Buriram Province. A musical performance in honor of His Majesty along with a magnificent fireworks display, light and sound, will be held. There will also be public charity activities to collect 7,200 blood units, both at the event and at 10 hospitals in the project, and a charity kitchen at Burir
am’s famous restaurants, with over 240 shops participating. The event will last for 3 full days and will be attended by hundreds of thousands of people.
For this musical performance in honor of His Majesty, there are more than 200 Buriram children and musicians, performed by a grand orchestra, combining more than 120 southern Isan musical instruments. There are also famous football players from Buriram United Club, including “Arm” Supachai Jaided, a great striker for the Thunder Castle team and the Thai national team, leading the teammates, including Sasalak Haiprakhon, Seksan Ratree, Athit Stephen Burke, Phongsakorn Hanrattana and Rattanakorn Maikami, a total of 6 people, joining in the musical performance.
In addition, there were 2 famous racers, “Chip” Nakarin Athiratphuwaphat, a former skilled Moto3 rider from Honda Racing Thailand, and “Tee” Anupap Samul, a World Supersport rider from Yamaha Thailand Racing Team, who joined as volunteers to do good deeds with their hearts. There were entertainers such
as Na Nek-Ketsepsawat Palakawong Na Ayutthaya, a famous host and owner of the NANAKE555 page, who joined to visit and encourage the shops that set up booths to provide food and distribute food to the public, such as grilled chicken, dry noodles, roasted duck butt, etc., which were given away for free to the attendees.
The event was also attended by celebrities such as Amy-Wiranya Berry, Miss Grand Buriram, along with Pa Tue-Sombat Thirasaroch and Doo-Sanya Kunakorn.
“Arm” Supachai Jaided, the great forward of the Thunder Castle team and the Thai national team, revealed that this is the first time that my teammates and I, a total of 6 people, have participated in a musical to honor His Majesty the King. It is a very grand performance with spectacular lights and sounds. The story tells of His Majesty the King’s royal duties in various aspects that he has sacrificed for the Thai people. I feel grateful for His Majesty’s kindness and am proud to have participated in this grand performance to honor His Majesty.

Chip’ Nakarin Athiratphuwaphat, a former skilled Moto3 rider from Honda Racing Thailand, revealed that it is another pride for him as a Thai person who has had the opportunity to do good deeds with his heart and to work that benefits the country. What he did may be just a small thing when compared to the royal duties of His Majesty the King who helped the Thai people who were in trouble by granting his personal funds. I watched the musical performance in honor of His Majesty and felt touched and saw the greatness and what the people of Buriram wanted to convey in expressing their loyalty to the monarchy.
‘Tee’ Anupap Samul, a World Supersport rider from Yamaha Thailand Racing Team, said that this is another activity that makes all Thais feel proud. I have seen the grandeur of the world-class event standards called Buriram Standard countless times from various sporting events in this province such as MotoGP, Buriram Marathon, etc. This event is no less grand. I have seen the unity and power of Buriram people.
Everyone shows their loyalty to the monarchy through a grand activity to honor His Majesty. It is amazing that there are so many people participating. It is truly enormous.
