Central Pattana Plans Major Expansion in Residential Projects for 2025

Bangkok: Central Pattana Public Company Limited is set to expand its residential projects significantly by the end of 2025. The company plans to develop a total of 51 residential projects across 21 provinces, with a particular focus on both horizontal and vertical developments.

According to Thai News Agency, Central Pattana’s strategy includes the launch of nine new projects this year, valued at 16 billion baht, with a sales target exceeding 7 billion baht. Ms. Wallaya Chirathivat, President and CEO, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering quality residential projects nationwide. The expansion will target key areas including Bangkok, tourist destinations like Phuket and Rayong, and major cities such as Chonburi and Khon Kaen.

Mr. Kri Dejchai, President of the Residence Business at Central Pattana, highlighted the successful track record in both high-rise and low-rise developments. The 2025 strategy aims to meet diverse residential needs, supported by the launch of projects like BAAN NIRADA Chaeng Watthana-Chaiyaphruek and BAAN NINYA Ramintra 83. The company also plans to align residential projects with shopping malls to cater to residents of all ages, from first-jobbers to multi-generational families.
