Bangkok: Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) is gearing up for the grand opening of “Central Park,” a key component of the Dusit Central Park mixed-use project in Bangkok, planned for September 4th. This ambitious project, valued at 46 billion baht, is set to feature a shopping center and office buildings, aligning with the vision to transform Bangkok into a world-class metropolis and cater to evolving urban lifestyles.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, Chief Marketing Officer of Central Pattana, emphasized that Central Park will serve as a legendary landmark, integrating green space with urban living, akin to iconic parks such as Central Park in New York or Hyde Park in London. The development includes a 7-rai Roof Park, noted as Thailand’s largest urban green space with expansive views, acting as an extension of Lumphini Park. The park is designed to support a sports and well-being lifestyle, situated in a prime location within Bangkok’s super-core central business district. It is projected to draw over 25 million visitors annually, both locals and international tourists, due to its convenient access and comprehensive offerings.
Mr. Kunayut Dejudom, Assistant Managing Director of Central Park Asset Management, part of Central Pattana, stated that Central Park is poised to open on September 4th, with a full celebration titled “Here for Celebration” slated for November 2025. The project’s concept, “Here for all of you,” aims to blend global culinary experiences, urban lifestyles, and cultural activities, setting new lifestyle trends. Key highlights of Central Park include Nature, with a significant green space provided by the Roof Park; Connectivity, linking four major economic districts; Central Park Offices, tailored for modern workers seeking work-life balance; and Culture, embodying a new urban lifestyle.
