Bangkok: The Department of Corrections inaugurated the 2025 Corrections Products Exhibition, marking its 54th edition. The event highlights the potential of inmates who have undergone behavioral development, featuring a special show by the renowned singer Sek Loso. The proceeds from the product sales are intended to serve as revolving funds for further vocational training for inmates.
According to Thai News Agency, the opening ceremony was presided over by Pol. Col. Thawee Sodsong, the Minister of Justice, and attended by key figures including Mr. Sahakarn Petcharin, Director-General of the Department of Corrections, other ministry executives, former directors-general of the department, and Mr. Nattawut Saikua, an advisor to the Prime Minister.
The event features a diverse range of performances, including a Khon performance, an international band, and folk and dance performances.
