Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang met in Hanoi on July 25 his Singaporean counterpart Gan Kim Yong, who is in Vietnam to attend the state funeral of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong.
