Today (October 7), at 9:30 a.m., the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) sent a short message (SMS) to warn people in areas at risk of overflowing riverbanks and high flooding in Tambon Pa Daet, Mueang District, Tambon Thung Tom, Tambon Mae Ka, San Pa Tong District, and Amphoe Saraphi, Chiang Mai Province, asking people to move belongings and move vulnerable groups to safety. They can report incidents and request assistance via the Line ‘DDPM Report 1784’, add Line ID @1784DDPM as a friend, or call the DDPM hotline 1784, 24 hours a day.
