Competencies must be better prepared to prepare resources responding to rapid social, cultural, and technological advances. Cooperation between universities with the business world and the industrial world to strengthen competence can be an answer to the demand for a link and match between universities and the world of work. Even structured joint planning and implementation will create a connection and super match for both parties.
