Bangkok: Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO Group) invites youth to explore a secret base and join in the innovation that will restore global balance at the exhibition booth "Science Innovation, Changing the World: EGCO Base: Mission for Change, Secret Command Base of the Future" at the 2025 National Science and Technology Fair.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Piyanon Wattanacharoen, Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at EGCO Group, emphasized the company's commitment to promoting learning and advancing potential in energy, science, and the environment. EGCO Group aims to cultivate awareness of natural resource and environmental problem-solving among youth, organizing science fairs at the Khanom Power Plant Learning Center and participating in the National Science Fair.

In 2025, EGCO Group was invited by the National Science Museum under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation to participate for the third consecutive year. The initiative encourages youth to become global citizens aware of climate change issues, inspiring them to address these issues through innovative solutions aligned with the "Triple R" concept: Refuse, Refill, and Reverse.

EGCO Group's exhibition booth at the 2025 National Science Fair, held from August 9-17 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, features three main zones. Zone 1, EGCO Base Mission, allows participants to decode the 'Triple R' through a 4D film powered by AI technology. Zone 2, EGCO Regenerative: Innovative Mission, showcases innovations aimed at reducing global warming. Zone 3, EGCO Act Now or Never!, invites participants to share their innovative ideas, transforming them into 'Re-Gen Heroes'.

Participants will also engage in quiz games with prizes and meet the EGCO Rangers, energy heroes battling environmental challenges. Online participation is available via Facebook Live on the Khanom Learning Center Facebook page.
