EURE-ET-LOIR PROVINCE—The Vietnam Culture Day recently captivated attendees in France’s Eure-et-Loir province, featuring an array of cultural symbols from Vietnam. Located more than 100 kilometres south of Paris, the event showcased the serene imagery of the Vietnamese countryside, traditional Ao dai attire, exquisite fine art, and enchanting traditional music, drawing significant interest from the local community.


According to Vietnam News Agency, the festival was orchestrated by the France – Vietnam Friendship Association of Eure-et-Loir province. This annual event, now in its fifth year, has consistently attracted large numbers of visitors. The attendees enjoyed a day filled with cultural immersion, which not only aimed to celebrate the rich heritage of Vietnam but also supported a noble cause. The proceeds from the event are dedicated to assisting victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin and aiding those in challenging circumstances within Vietnam.
