According to Thai News Agency, Muang Thai Broker Co., Ltd., which operates the online insurance comparison platform gettgo, has collaborated with 1:2 Coffee Company, a popular coffee shop among office workers. This collaboration aims to demystify insurance for all generations by offering it in a relaxed, everyday setting-alongside a cup of coffee. The "Want a cup of insurance?" campaign is designed to familiarize customers with insurance in the same casual manner as ordering their favorite coffee.
The partnership between gettgo and 1:2 Coffee Company seeks to make insurance an ordinary part of life, akin to choosing a coffee. The initiative leverages the strengths of both brands, focusing on accessibility, customer trust in quality, and exceptional service.
Mr. Worawat Rojrangsi, Managing Director of Muang Thai Broker Co., Ltd., highlighted the ongoing development of the gettgo website. The platform aims to simplify insurance comparisons, ensuring ease of use and quick access for all users. A Q1 2025 survey of 413 online customers reported that over 80% of those who purchased insurance online are satisfied and would recommend gettgo to others.
Mr. Thawiwat Lapphatikul, CEO of 1:2 Coffee, remarked on the similar customer bases of the two companies. He emphasized their commitment to providing accessible, high-quality beverages at affordable prices. The collaboration with gettgo introduces new opportunities, making insurance more approachable to their shared audience.
The campaign offers customers who purchase cold coffee drinks a Paper Cup Sleeve featuring a QR Code. By scanning the code, customers can connect with gettgo on LINE and receive a 10 baht discount coupon for their next purchase. Additionally, a quiz called "Insurance Menu" offers a 15% discount on insurance purchases via gettgo's online platform for those who participate.
Three branches-Muang Thai Phatra, CW Tower, and Fortune Town-are participating in the campaign, providing customers with detailed information through Tent Cards. The campaign will run from August 4-6, 2025, with the 10 baht discount valid until August 7, 2025.
