Knead until the dough is smooth and does not stick to the bowl. Shape the kneaded dough into sticks, wrap in foil, and steam for about 40-45 minutes. After that, store in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1 night to allow the dough to set before slicing into thin sheets. Dry in the sun until completely dry, and you will have crispy rice crackers ready to fry.
