Government-private sector-people join forces to restore Big Cleaning Chiang Mai


Government agencies, the public sector, and the private sector are working together to restore and carry out Big Cleaning activities in Chiang Mai Province to return to normal and be ready to welcome visitors as soon as possible.

However, areas that are not affected by the floods are still open for tourism as usual, such as Doi Inthanon, Nimmanhaemin Road, Tha Pae Gate, Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, Wat Phra Singh, Wat Chedi Luang, Chiang Mai Zoo, Chiang Mai Night Safari, Royal Park Rajapruek, and many more.

Chiang Mai is now in the recovery phase in areas affected by the floods, with water levels receding. Government agencies, local residents, and private organizations are working hand-in-hand on large-scale clean-up efforts to restore the city and prepare for the return of visitors.

Meanwhile, unaffected areas continue to operate as usual, inclu
ding popular destinations like Nimmanhemin Road, Tha Phae Gate, Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, Wat Phra Singh, Wat Chedi Luang, Chiang Mai Zoo, Chiang Mai Night Safari, and the Royal Park Rajapruek.
