According to Thai News Agency, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently announced the inspection results of herbal products with batch number 000332, which were found to be substandard. The batch, consisting of 200,000 jars, was manufactured on 09/12/2024 and set to expire on 08/12/2027. In response, Hong Thai Herbs Co., Ltd. has issued a statement accepting the FDA’s inspection results and has successfully recalled all affected products. The company is coordinating with the FDA to destroy the recalled products and will announce the destruction date soon. For those in possession of the affected batch, Hong Thai is offering a full refund and replacement of the products.
