During his state visit to Vietnam, Lao Party General Secretary and President Thongloun Sisoulith visited former General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nong Duc Manh in Hanoi on the afternoon of September 10. Hosting the Lao leader, Manh praised the significance of the Lao leader’s visit and congratulated Laos on its recent achievements. He also expressed his confidence that the Vietnam-Laos relationship will continue to grow stronger.
