Naly Sisoulith, the spouse of General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith now on a state to Vietnam, visited Ngo Thi Man, the widow of Nguyen Phu Trong, and offered incense to the late General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee at his residence in on September 10.
