President To Lam’s state visit to Laos on July 11-12, his first overseas trip since he took office, demonstrates the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two parties, states and peoples which have been nurtured for a long time, Lao Minister of Technology and Communications and Chairman of the Laos-Vietnam Friendship Association Boviengkham Vongdara told the Vietnam News Agency.
