The Lao Party and State held a solemn meeting in Vientiane capital city on May 7 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnam’s Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954-2024). Earlier, a photo exhibition featuring over 200 documentary photos was opened in Vientiane on May 6 to mark the event. The exhibition will run until May 31.
