Muang Thai Life Assurance Recognizes Contracted Hospitals with Prestigious Awards

Bangkok: Muang Thai Life Assurance organized the honorary award ceremony 'Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2024' to contracted hospitals, aiming to raise the standard of excellent service in every dimension for important customers.

According to Thai News Agency, the event was presided over by Mr. Chuchat Pramulpol, Secretary-General of the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), who served as Honorary Chairman. The ceremony was attended by notable figures including Mr. Santi Viriyarungsarit of the Banking and Finance Journal, Mrs. Wilasinee Phutthikaran from SC Asset Corporation, Mr. Nattawut Amornvivat from True Corporation and True Digital Group, Ms. Chinta Srichinta-angkoon from NielsenIQ Thailand, and leaders from Muang Thai Life Assurance, Mr. Sara Lamsam and Dr. Sutee Mokkhaves. The event took place at the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok.

Mr. Sara Lamsam emphasized that the awards are intended to promote collaboration and strengthen relationships between Muang Thai Life Assurance and its contracted hospitals nationwide. The initiative aims to enhance life and health insurance services by fostering innovation and increasing service efficiency to better meet policyholders' needs. This aligns with the company's commitment to sustainable development and stakeholder satisfaction.

The awards were determined based on the performance of contracted hospitals across six categories, with a total of 31 awards given. The categories included the prestigious 'The Pink Gold of Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2024', which recognized hospitals with the highest satisfaction scores in all service aspects.

Other awards focused on speed, quality, and customer understanding, such as the 'Customer Centric Award', and excellence in medical management, like the 'Commitment to Success Award'. Additionally, the 'Creativity and Innovation Award', 'Collaboration Award', and 'Caring Award' were presented to hospitals excelling in those respective areas.

Mr. Sara congratulated the awardees and expressed hope that the recognition would motivate all organizations to enhance their service quality and innovate to maximize benefits for policyholders, ultimately aiming to create sustainable happiness and satisfaction.
