Muslim World League Condemns Israeli Violations in Gaza Strip

Riyadh: The Muslim World League has issued a strong condemnation of the ongoing Israeli violations in the Gaza Strip, highlighting the continued targeting of civilians, vital facilities, and civilian infrastructure. According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the statement was released by the General Secretariat of the Muslim World League. His Excellency, the Secretary-General and Chairman of the Muslim Scholars Association, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, denounced the Israeli actions in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories as unacceptable and reprehensible. He emphasized that these actions violate religious values, international and humanitarian laws, and norms, thereby undermining peace efforts. The statement also expressed appreciation for the stance taken by the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, Indonesia, Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey in confronting these violations and protecting Palestinian rights. His Eminence called for the international community to fulfil l its moral and legal responsibilities to ensure an immediate cessation of all Israeli violations in the occupied Palestinian territory.
