Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Tran Thanh Man met President of Russia Vladimir Putin in Moscow on September 10, as part of the Vietnamese legislator’s official visit to Russia to co-chair the 3rd meeting of the Vietnam-Russia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.
