NA Deputies Deliberate Amendments to Pharmacy Law and Draft Data Law


HANOI: National Assembly deputies engaged in discussions during the 8th session of the legislature on October 22, focusing on the draft Law on amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the Law on Pharmacy as well as the draft Data Law.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the session involved the examination of significant legislative reforms aimed at enhancing the legal framework governing the pharmaceutical sector and data management. The proposed amendments to the Law on Pharmacy are intended to address existing challenges within the industry, ensuring improved regulation and oversight. Meanwhile, the draft Data Law seeks to establish comprehensive guidelines for data usage, protection, and privacy, reflecting growing concerns over data governance.
