National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man attended the opening of the 15th session of the 10th People’s Council of the southern province of Binh Phuoc. Earlier the same day, on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27), the NA leader and a NA Standing Committee delegation visited the special national relic site of Ta Thiet – the headquarters of the Command of the Liberation Army of South Vietnam located in Loc Ninh district of Binh Phuoc.
