National Police chief inaugurates nine provincial police chiefs

Chief of the National Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo inaugurated nine chiefs of the provincial police and two chief officials of the National Police Headquarters in Jakarta on Tuesday.

“Today, there is transfer of posts of 16 high-ranking officers of the National Police and nine of them are provincial police chiefs,” Chief of the Public Information Section of the National Police’s Public Relations Division Senior Commissioner Nurul Azizah stated.

The nine newly inaugurated provincial police chiefs are Inspector General Midi Siswoko as chief of the North Maluku Provincial Police, Inspector General Suwondo Nainggolan as chief of the Yogyakarta Provincial Police, Inspector General Toni Harmanto as chief of the East Java Provincial Police, and Inspector General Albertus Rachmad Wibowo as chief of the South Sumatra Provincial Police.

Next, Inspector General Rusdi Hartono was inaugurated as chief of the Jambi Provincial Police, Brigadier General Andi Rian R. Djajadi as chief of the South Kalimantan Provincial Police, Inspector General Setyo Budiyanto as chief of the North Sulawesi Provincial Police, Inspector General Johanis Asadoma as chief of the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Police, and Inspector General Suharyono as chief of the West Sumatra Provincial Police.

The two newly inaugurated chief officials of the National Police Headquarters are Inspector General Eko Indra Heri as a high-ranking officer at the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Department (Bareskrim) and Inspector General Risyapudin Nursin as coordinator of the National Police chief’s expert staff.
