Trinh Van Quyet, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission and Vice Chairman of the General Department of Politics under the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) as the new Chairman of the General Department of Politics at a ceremony in Hanoi on June 3.
