‘Suriya’ ordered ‘BKS-KTB’ to help victims of the bus fire, sending special buses to send them home, providing mental support, and closely monitoring the situation. He emphasized that the incident must not happen again and that the highest level of prevention must be found.

Mr. Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, revealed that in the case of a bus accident where students were on a field trip caught fire in front of Zeer Rangsit, opposite Soi Phahon Yothin 72 on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, the initial incident involved a bus registered 30-0423 from Singburi Province, which was taking students from Wat Khao Phraya Sangkharam School in Lan Sak District, Uthai Thani Province, on a field trip. There were a total of 39 students and 6 teachers. The number of dead at the scene of the accident has not yet been clearly identified, but all relevant agencies have mobilized officers to urgently help those affected by the accident as soon as possible. estigating the facts and causes of the incident in order to consider various processes, including guidelines for implementing preventive measures to prevent a repeat of the incident.

Mr. Suriya continued that the latest is that the Transport Company Limited (BKS) has arranged for 3 special buses to transport students and teachers who were involved in the accident to their homes in Uthai Thani Province. After that, the Department of Land Transport (DLT) will closely follow up with the families of the victims and provide legal remedies and mental health support.
