Bangkok: Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister and Minister of Culture, had a busy schedule today as she participated in various events, including a significant coalition government dinner party.
According to Thai News Agency, following a cabinet meeting, Ms. Paethongtarn, accompanied by Ms. Thirat Samretwanich, Deputy Minister of Interior, made her way from Building 1 to the Thai Khu Fah Building. Upon arrival, she paused to take a photograph with the portrait of His Majesty the King, which was displayed in honor of the upcoming Club Day Sannibat event scheduled for July 29, in celebration of His Majesty the King’s birthday anniversary on July 28, 2025.
During the short photo session, Ms. Paethongtarn invited Ms. Thirat to join her, after which she inquired about Ms. Thirat’s subsequent plans. Ms. Thirat responded that she would be heading to the ministry, to which Ms. Paethongtarn noted her own plans to visit a different ministry.
Reports indicate that Ms. Paethongtarn would return to the Ministry of Culture before making her way to attend the coalition party’s dinner event at the Eastin Grand Hotel in Phaya Thai later in the evening.
