Parents travel from Uthai to receive their child’s body at the Police General Hospital’s Forensic Medicine Institute.


Officials arranged for 1 van and 6 minibuses, with a highway police car leading the procession to take the parents and families of the bus victims to receive the bodies at the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Police General Hospital.

At approximately 1:00 p.m., the incident command center for assistance in the case of the field trip bus accident involving students from Wat Khao Phraya Sangkharam School, Lan Sak District, Uthai Thani Province, arranged for 1 van and 6 minibuses, with a highway police car leading the procession to take the parents and family to receive the body at the Police General Hospital’s Institute of Forensic Medicine. Officials from Uthai Thani Provincial Administration, Social Development, and the MCATT team for psychological healing also traveled with them to bring the body back to Wat Khao Phraya Sangkharam for religious ceremonies, initially for 5 nights.

Pol. Col. Narongdet Saksomboon, Commander of Uthai Thani Provincial Police, revealed that there is currently one deceased person
whose identity has not yet been verified because the person who went for examination is a relative, not a family member. However, the Highway Police took him for another examination at noon. The results are expected at 4:00 p.m. and the body is expected to arrive at the temple after 9:00 p.m.
