Van giang district: Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, along with a delegation of National Assembly deputies from Hung Yen province, engaged with voters in Van Giang district on October 17. The meeting was aimed at discussing local issues and concerns ahead of the 15th National Assembly’s eighth session. In addition to the discussions, To Lam presented the district with 50 sets of computers, and visited families of war invalids and those who have recently overcome poverty.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit by To Lam and the National Assembly deputies was not only a prelude to the upcoming legislative session but also an opportunity to directly interact with the constituents of the northern province. During his visit, To Lam presented 50 sets of computers to Van Giang district to help enhance local educational resources. Furthermore, he personally visited and delivered gifts to the families of Nguyen Van Than, a war invalid, and Dinh Thi Ngan, whose family has successfully risen out
of poverty, in Long Hung commune.
This initiative is part of a broader effort by Vietnamese leaders to engage with local communities and address their specific needs through direct dialogue and targeted assistance. The computers are expected to significantly aid in the educational development of the district, providing better access to digital resources for students.
