Party General Secretary and President To Lam hosted separate receptions for newly-accredited Ambassadors to Vietnam on August 12 morning at the Presidential Palace, Hanoi. He received credentials from Argentine Ambassador Marcos Antonio Bednarski, Algerian Ambassador Sofiane Chaib, German Ambassador Helga Margarete Barth, Swedish Ambassador Johan Ndisi and Ambassador of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Ri Sung Guk.
