Hanoi: Nguyen Trong Nghia, a senior member of Vietnam’s Communist Party, welcomed Mustapha El Ktiri, Morocco’s High Commissioner for Former Resistance Fighters and Former Members of the Liberation Army, on October 16.
According to Vietnam News Agency, Nguyen Trong Nghia, who is also the Chairman of the Commission for Information and Education at the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, received Mustapha El Ktiri in a formal meeting aimed at fostering relations between Vietnam and Morocco. The reception highlights the ongoing diplomatic engagement and mutual respect between the two nations, particularly in acknowledging and honoring their historical and liberation movements.
