Party General Secretary and State President To Lam met with experts and scholars on Vietnam on September 23 (local time) in New York as part of his trip to the US to attend the High-level Week of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.
The meeting was held by the Weatherhead East Asian Institute (Columbia University).
