Bangkok: The “Half-Half Plus” program has been gaining popularity. This morning, people flocked to register starting at 6:00 a.m. via the Paotang app. By 11:00 a.m., there were approximately 2.5 million registrations remaining out of a total of 20 million. A check of www.com showed that there were approximately 20 million registrations remaining.
According to Thai News Agency, the “Kon La Khrueng Plus” project is open for registration from October 20-26, 2025, starting at 6:00 AM via the Pao Tang app. This program offers government assistance of 2,000-2,400 baht for purchases of goods and services at participating merchants. The total budget is 44 billion baht. Spending half (government and public funds) does not exceed 200 baht per day, covering 20 million eligible individuals nationwide. Over the past weekend, both merchants and the public have contacted Krungthai Bank in droves to prepare for registration for both purchases and sales.
The Half-Half Plus project can be used for spending from October 29th to December 31st, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day. On November 7th, 2025, people can start using their rights for the Half-Half Plus Food Delivery project on the first day from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day. On November 11th, 2025, the first use of rights must be by 11:00 PM to avoid being cut off according to the project’s conditions.
Government Spokesperson Siripong Angkasakulkiat revealed that the government is delighted with the overwhelming public interest in registering for the “Half-Half Plus” program. In the first two hours, according to Krungthai Bank, over 13 million people have successfully registered through the Pao Tang app out of a total of 20 million programs. Registration for “Half-Half Plus” through the Pao Tang app is open from today until October 26th. For people who have never participated in the Half-Half Phase 5 (2022) program, upon registration, the system will display a notification that “Waiting for registration results. The system will notify the results via Pao Tang app notification or SMS within 3 days.” The public is urged not to worry, as the government has already reserved these programs in the system. Please wait for the notification within 3 days without registering again. For those who have previously participated in the Half-Half Phase 5 (2022), upon successful registration, the system will display a notif
ication that ‘You have received the right to half-and-half plus for taxpayers in the amount of 2,400 baht (in the case of taxpayers) or you have received the right to half-and-half plus in the amount of 2,000 baht (in the case of non-taxpayers).
