Kanchanaburi: Pheu Thai and Bhumjaithai parties have sent candidates to compete in the by-election for Kanchanaburi Constituency 4.

According to Thai News Agency, the Election Commission (EC) has announced that on the first day of registration for the Kanchanaburi Constituency 4 MP seat, there are two candidates: Ms. Wisuda Wichiensin of the Bhumjaithai Party and General Chinnawat Mandej of the Pheu Thai Party. The EC will accept applications from September 22-26 at the Lao Khwan District Community Hall in Kanchanaburi Province.

For the election of the Kanchanaburi MP for Constituency 4 to fill the vacant position, consisting of Lao Khwan District, Huai Krachao District, Bo Phloi District (excluding Nong Kum Subdistrict), and Nong Prue District, the Election Commission has scheduled the election for Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
