“Phumtham” admits the car bomb in Narathiwat may be linked to the Tak Bai case

“Phumtham”, Minister of Defense, revealed that he contacted “Gen. Pisal” to go to court before the statute of limitations for the Tak Bai case expired, admitting the car bomb last night related to the famous case.

Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Phumtham Vejjayachai said about the car bomb incident near the residence of the Tak Bai District Chief in Narathiwat Province that he had received the report this morning. Currently, the area is trying to solve the problem. The entire municipality area has been sealed off. People entering and exiting have been notified to be careful. If it is not necessary, they should not enter. They should also bring their ID cards for inspection. All parties are trying their best. At this time, they cannot provide any details.

When asked if the incident occurred in Tak Bai District, people would link it to the Tak Bai case, which is about to expire, which could be a condition to create a situation to pressure, Mr. Phumtham admitted that it was possible because the Tak
Bai case is currently a case that is of interest to all parties because the case will end on October 25th. However, the accused must be able to prove themselves in court. Personally, he wants everything to end in court so that it ends. However, he does not know what each person’s reason is, whether they are sick or whatever, but he thinks that if possible, he would like them to come in. As for how much we can do, we cannot violate their personal location. However, we are trying to find out in order to send news. Right now, we have sent news that if possible, come and finish it.

When asked if this meant contacting General Pisal Wattanawongkiri, a Pheu Thai Party-list MP and former commander of the Fourth Army, Mr. Phumtham said that they could only contact him at his house number. However, it mostly depends on the truth of each person. At present, General Pisal is still considered innocent.
