Nature-loving tourists travel to play in the waterfall, row boats, and raft at Kaeng Da Dat, the headwaters of the Chi River at Ban Sai Ngam, Wang Chomphu Subdistrict, Nong Bua Daeng District, Chaiyaphum Province. Inside Kaeng Da Dat there are rocks, stone rapids, a clean, fast-flowing stream, and guava trees scattered between the cracks in the rocks. On both sides of the stream there is an area for tourists to bring food and sit in a circle to eat amidst the trees and flowing water at Kaeng Da Dat Waterfall.

The famous food here is probably various types of fish mixed with spices and seasonings, then put in bamboo tubes and grilled until cooked, called ‘Fish Curry’. There are catfish curry, snakehead curry, catfish curry, giant catfish curry, and fish from the Chi River. They are sold to tourists at a price of 180 baht per tube, which can feed many people.

Tourists are not disappointed when they experience the natural beauty, seeing the water flowing through the rocks at different levels down the Chi River, along the length of the beginning of Tad Nam to the not-so-high waterfall. This waterfall has a strong flowing water flowing down the rapids. Tourists can rent a canoe for 2 people from the village committee that looks after Kaeng Dadad Waterfall, which has arranged for rent to paddle and go rafting at the Dadad Rapids for only 100 baht per boat for a distance of about 7 kilometers. When rafting along the river to Ban Nong Tum, you can also study dinosaur footprints.

Mr. Chaiyaphon Kham-asa, the kamnan of Wang Chomphu Subdistrict, Nong Bua Daeng District, Chaiyaphum Province, said that Kaeng Dadad Waterfall can be visited all year round. It is located in the Phu Laen Kha mountain range, the first 50 kilometers from the headwaters of the Chi River from Ban Lon Subdistrict, Nong Bua Daeng District.
