Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with world leaders on the sidelines of the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and related summits in Vientiane on October 10.
He held separate meetings with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and President of the European Council Charles Michel.
