Reporters tried to ask for clarity on the 10,000-baht digital wallet project after Mr. Pichai Chunhavij, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, revealed that the money would be distributed to vulnerable groups, state welfare cardholders, and the disabled, totaling 14.5 million people. The money is expected to be transferred after September 20 onwards. The Prime Minister simply stated that people should wait until the policy statement to the parliament.
