State President To Lam and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, who are Politburo members and standing members of the Central Military Commission, attended the commission’s tenth conference in Hanoi on July 8 to review the fulfilment of military and national defence in the first six months of 2024 and roll out tasks for the second half of the year.
